The short version

1 Who this is between

This agreement is between Thomas Digital ("we," "us") and Armor Roofing, represented by Greg Gazeley ("you"). It covers our Market Dominator service — Local SEO and Local AEO (AI search) — for your website, armorroofing.net. It begins on the date of your first payment.

Our whole goal is simple: to please you, the client. We do that by being clear, setting honest expectations, and doing the work that actually moves the needle.

2 What we'll do each month

3 What's not included

So there are no surprises, this plan does not include:

Want to add something? Just ask and we'll send a separate proposal for it.

4 What we need from you

5 Approving our work

Your site is yours — you should always have a say. At the start, we'll agree on a short brand-voice guide together, and you'll approve it once. From then on, every piece that fits it is pre-approved.

Each month we'll send new content for your review. You'll have 5 business days to approve it, comment, or ask for changes. If we don't hear back within 5 business days, the content is considered approved and we'll publish it — that keeps your results moving instead of stalling, and we'll always tell you when something goes live. Cornerstone pages and anything making a legal or safety claim always get your explicit sign-off first. If we can't reach you for 10 business days, we'll pause new work (billing continues) until we reconnect.

6 What we can — and can't — promise

What we promise: we'll do the work above, done well and on time. We'll hit our milestones (profile optimized by week 2, first content + schema by day 45, a written baseline report by day 90) — or that month is on us. And we'll define three measurable goals with you up front; if none has moved by day 90, we keep working at no extra charge until they do.

What we can't promise: a specific Google ranking, traffic number, or lead count — those are decided by Google's and AI systems' algorithms, not by any agency, and anyone who guarantees them is misleading you. We also can't beat a closer competitor on a "near me" search (proximity is something we can't move), and we can't force an AI engine to cite you — we optimize the things that drive it and track the results honestly.

7 Payment

$1,000 / month

Billed monthly via Stripe, on the same day each month, starting when you sign up. If a payment is more than 15 days late, we'll pause active work until the account is current — no penalties, we'd just rather not get ahead of the billing.

8 How long this lasts, and how to leave

There's no long-term contract. This runs month-to-month for as long as it's working for you. Either of us can end it for any reason by giving 30 days' written notice (email is fine — victor@thomasdigital.com).

If you cancel, we'll finish the current month's work and that's the final invoice — no cancellation fees. Within 5 business days of your final payment clearing, we'll hand over all completed work, files, and account access. Anything we earned for you stays yours.

9 Who owns the work

Once a month is paid, everything we create for you in it — content, optimized pages, reports, strategy — is yours. We keep our own internal tools, templates, and methods, which aren't part of this transfer. We may mention that we work with Armor in our portfolio or case studies, unless you'd rather we didn't — just say so.

10 Keeping things private & a note on responsibility

We'll keep your business information confidential, and you'll keep our pricing and methods confidential — during our work together and for two years after.

If something ever went wrong, our responsibility is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior three months. We're not responsible for lost revenue, Google algorithm changes, competitor activity, or changes made to your site without telling us. We mention this not to be cold — just so we both know where we stand.

11 Agreed

By signing, we both agree to the work, expectations, and terms above. Looking forward to getting started.
